Yoga for the LGBT+ Community October 2022

We will be running a four-week yoga class this October in Tralee and Kenmare!

The Tralee class will run on Sunday mornings from 11am-12pm in the Chamfers John Mitchels Clubhouse on John Joe Sheehy Road (next door to Aldi), beginning on Sunday October 9th.

The Kenmare class will run on Thursday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm in the Taobh Linn Social Centre on Railway Road (across from SuperValu) beginning on October 13th.

This class is free of charge, but booking is essential. You can do so here – Tralee and Kenmare!

We are back!

Self-actualisation classes for members of the LGBT+ community in Kerry resume on Thursday 28th July 2-4pm in Listowel Family Resource Centre.

If you would like to work towards realising your full potential, achieving personal growth, increasing your self-confidence, and leading a more meaningful life, this may be the class for you.
